“Duguid Cottage” is tucked away in the heart of Highland Perthshire and yet is situated less than 15 minutes’ drive from the A9. It is within very easy reach of Aberfeldy (less than 15 minutes),   Pitlochry (20 minutes) and Dunkeld (25 minutes)

It is an ideal spot in which to relax and take full advantage of the spectacular countryside lying right on your doorstep. The cottage provides a modern, comfortable retreat for up to four guests in two bedrooms. One of these contains two single beds; the other a super-kingsize bed which can be divided for use as two single beds if required

Grandtully village-centre is a few minutes’ walk from the cottage - there you might stop for a drink or enjoy an excellent meal at the Inn on the Tay or the recently completed Grandtully Hotel - or give in to temptations of a different sort at “The Highland Chocolatier” with its exhibition area, gift shop and chocolate lounge serving Iain Burnett’s award-winning velvet truffles (and great coffees too!)

Opposite this, a short bridge connects Grandtully to its twin village of Strathtay where essential shopping can be done at the well-stocked village shop

Whether you are a golfer or a hill-walker, a fly-fisherman or a rafter, a cyclist or a theatre-goer, there is plenty within easy reach to suit your tastes with the pretty Strathtay golf course just down the road, and challenging courses at Pitlochry, Blair Atholl and Dunkeld.
